When booking an initial lesson a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your place. After this, invoices are sent in advance monthly and are due to be paid within 7 days of being issued. Fees apply for late payments.

24-hour Cancellation Policy: There will be no reschedules/refunds for lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Only one refund can be issued each month, any additional missed lessons will be forfeited.

In the case of personal emergencies, missed lessons will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
