When booking an initial lesson a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your place. After this, invoices are sent in advance monthly and are due to be paid within 7 days of being issued. Fees apply for late payments.

Cancellation Policy: To reschedule/refund a lesson, notice must be given at least 4 hours prior. There will be no reschedules/refunds for lessons cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time. Only 1 refund will be given each month, any additional missed lessons will be forfeited.

In the case of personal emergencies, missed lessons will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
